Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is better than Xiaomi pad 5, with a general score of 67.8 against 57.7. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has newer 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is incredibly older and somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi pad 5, it's body is still a bit lighter.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280px, a way worse screen pixel density and a quite smaller screen. Xiaomi pad 5 features a much greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a much better hardware performance than Xiaomi pad 5, because although it has 4,5 GB less RAM and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Xiaomi pad 5 has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has an 8720mAh battery size against 6800mAh.
Xiaomi pad 5 features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a much higher (4K) video definition and a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
