The Google Nexus 10 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a score of 66.8 against 65.4. Google Nexus 10's body has the same thickness than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it is way heavier. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 10 has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.
