Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is better than Acer Predator 8, getting a 65.6 score against 57.7. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is older and a little thicker than Acer Predator 8, it's body is still lighter. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has older 4.4.2 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
The Acer Predator 8 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Acer Predator 8 also has 512 MB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a little bit better screen than Acer Predator 8, although it has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 and a little smaller screen.
Acer Predator 8 has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory.
