Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a general score of 65.6, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s 58.6 general score. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is an extremely older tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but Samsung made it a lot lighter and a bit thinner anyway. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels per display inch. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a way better battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 captures much better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a way higher resolution back-facing camera.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 costs a lot more money than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
