Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, having a global score of 65.6 against 63.8. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13, so it provides you some extra features and performance optimizations.
