LG G Pad 8.3 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, with a global score of 65.9 against 65.6. Although LG G Pad 8.3 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 were released only a couple of months apart, the LG G Pad 8.3 design is a little thinner but somewhat heavier. These devices use Android OS, but LG G Pad 8.3 has older 4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2.
LG G Pad 8.3 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have 4 cores, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a larger amount of RAM. LG G Pad 8.3 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a greater pixels quantity in each inch in the screen, a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a bigger screen.
The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with a way better resolution. LG G Pad 8.3 has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 64 GB, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has 16 GB internal memory.
The LG G Pad 8.3 features just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 4600mAh battery size.
Although LG G Pad 8.3 is a better device, it costs a little more than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
