Microsoft Surface Go is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, with a 66.5 score against 65.6. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is way newer and a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, although it's heavier. The Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution and a really smaller display, they both have the same number of pixels in each inch of display. The Microsoft Surface Go has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 120 GB more internal storage.
