Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a score of 65.6, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro's overall score of 63.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a newer portable tablet, and it's also extremely thinner and noticeably lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro OS.
