Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) works with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s body is notably newer and just a bit thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
