OSCAL ELITE 1 has a general score of 67.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's global score of 65.6. OSCAL ELITE 1's design is incredibly newer, somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS, but OSCAL ELITE 1 has the previous 14 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version.
