The Samsung Galaxy Book2 is way better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a global score of 81.9 against 65.6. Samsung Galaxy Book2 comes with Windows 10 S OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS. Samsung Galaxy Book2's design is way newer and somewhat thinner, but also heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
Galaxy Book2 features a greater processing power than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Book2, although it has a lot lower 1280 x 800px resolution and a way smaller screen, they both have a better amount of pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy Book2 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a much higher video resolution, a way bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 features a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 6120mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Book2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Book2, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, letting go a couple specifications.
