The Galaxy Note 10.1 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's 65.6 overall score. These tablets have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 has an older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy Note 10.1 is a heavier portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but both of them are 0.35inches thick.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, resigning a couple specs and features.
