The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), having a 65.6 score against 65. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 construction is newer, just a bit thinner and way lighter than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). Both tablets we are comparing come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1, so it provides you a couple nice extra features.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a better pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 takes greater videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T). They have the same video frame rates, a same resolution back camera and the same 1280x720 video quality. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 16 GB internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 75 percent greater battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet in our current comparison, Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is also by far the cheapest.
