The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a score of 65.9, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's 65.6 global score. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch design is thinner than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it's way heavier and was released around 10 months before.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
