Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, having a general score of 65.6 against 58.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's design is just a little thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Tab 3 V.
