Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores (although faster) and 512 MB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, although it has a lower 3 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse video resolution.
