The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, getting a score of 65.6 against 63.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a lighter but somewhat thicker tablet than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0, so it provides you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.

Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores (although faster) and 512 MB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, although it has a lower 3 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse video resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features a greater storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 8 GB more internal memory.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity.
