Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is way better than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, getting a score of 82.1 against 65.6. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has the previous 14 version and Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a heavier but thinner tablet than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a lot smaller display, a way worse 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and a just a little lower pixels amount in each inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra features a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and 248 GB more internal memory.
