Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is much better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a 73.6 score against 65.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch construction is newer, extremely thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores (and also faster).
