Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a score of 75.2 against 65.6. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, it's extremely thinner and also much newer. Galaxy Tab S3 costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
