Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, with a score of 65.6 against 65.4. Despite of the fact the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is older and notably thicker than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, it's design is still lighter. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a greater display pixel density, a bit bigger display and a much better 2048 x 1536 resolution. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a much better video quality, a way better 8 megapixels resolution camera and a much bigger aperture to take better low-light photography.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with much more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has 6190mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, resigning a couple specifications.
