The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a general score of 66.1, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's general score of 53.3. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 design is much newer and way thinner, but extremely heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a newer 13 version while Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version.
