The Blackview Tab 12 Pro has an overall score of 64.6, which is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's 53.3 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 12 Pro has newer 12 version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version, so it gives you some extra features.
