The Blackview Tab 13 has a score of 63.8, which is better than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's 53.3 overall score. Although the Blackview Tab 13 is somewhat heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, it's a lot thinner and also incredibly newer. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 13 has the newer 12 version while Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2.
