The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a general score of 70.8, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's score of 53.3. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is noticeably newer, lighter and extremely thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. These tablets come with Android operating system, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2, so it provides you lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
