Comparison review
The Lenovo TAB3 10 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, getting a score of 61.9 against 53.3. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Lenovo TAB3 10 has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2, giving some extra features. Lenovo TAB3 10's body is extremely newer, incredibly lighter and notably thinner than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE.
The Lenovo TAB3 10 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because it has a higher pixels density, a much better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a really larger screen.
