LG G Pad II 10.1 is much better than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, getting a 67.4 score against 53.3. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad II 10.1 has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version, offering lots of additional features and optimized performance. Although LG G Pad II 10.1 is notably heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, it's extremely thinner and also incredibly newer.

The LG G Pad II 10.1 has a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores.
