Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is way better than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, having a 66.3 score against 53.3. Microsoft Surface 3's body is noticeably newer and noticeably thinner, but also heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because it has a way bigger display, a greater pixels number per inch of screen and a lot better 1920 x 1280 pixels resolution.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 3 more processing cores. The Microsoft Surface 3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE have very similar cameras, although the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels and a much better (Full HD) video quality.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Galaxy Tab 4G LTE features a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
The Microsoft Surface 3 is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
