The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a general score of 58.7, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's 53.3 overall score. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is a notably heavier but way thinner tablet device than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE comes with Android 2.2 operating system.

The Galaxy Tab 4G LTE features a much more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE also has an additional GPU.
