The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a general score of 65.1, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's overall score of 53.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 design is extremely newer than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's, but it is thicker and much heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 OS.
