The OSCAL Pad 15 has a score of 64.4, which is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's 53.3 overall score. Both devices we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but the OSCAL Pad 15 has 13 version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version.
