OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi is much better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, with a 59.3 score against 53.3. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi has a newer 14 version while Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2. OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi is a much thinner but extremely heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE features a much better screen than OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi, although it has a much smaller screen.
