The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, getting a overall score of 63 against 53.3. Even though the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, it's notably thinner and much newer. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores. Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display.

The Galaxy Tab 4G LTE captures slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. They have the same video frame rates, the same 720x480 video resolution and the same resolution camera. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab 4G LTE counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, giving up some features and specs.
