The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is way better than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, having a 68.7 score against 53.3. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a newer 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's construction is much newer, lighter and way thinner than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE.
