Both tablets in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S5e has a more recent 10 version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2, so it gives some additional features and improved performance. Galaxy Tab S5e's construction is a lot newer and much thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than Galaxy Tab 4G LTE.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a much more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because it has a much larger screen, a much better display density and a way higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e shoots way better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, because it has a way higher (4K) video quality and a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels.
