Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, with a global score of 68.6 against 63.1. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a newer tablet, and it's also just a little lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has the newer 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has Android 4.0.4.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has slightly more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has a camera in the back with a much better 5 mega pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a 15% more battery size.
