The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a bit better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, with a global score of 63.5 against 62.5. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's construction is just a little bit heavier but just a little bit thinner than Alcatel JOY TAB 2. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has 4.0 version while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10.

Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 2 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a much better screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with a little higher screen density.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features longer battery performance than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity against 4080mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Alcatel JOY TAB 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, giving up some features and specifications.
