Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, getting a 67.9 score against 63.5. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a just a little heavier but a little bit thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a newer 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0.
