Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 16.x OS, and Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE works with Android 4.0 OS.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much better processing power than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), because although it has 6 less cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
