The Blackview Tab 16 has a global score of 65.4, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's 63.5 overall score. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Blackview Tab 16 has a more recent 12 version and Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0, so it counts with some additional features and some performance improvements. Blackview Tab 16 is a noticeably heavier device than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but they are equally thin.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a bit better display than Blackview Tab 16, although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280, a just a little less pixels per screen inch and a lot smaller display.
