Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with Android 4.0 OS.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although it has a bit lower pixels density, a lot smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280px.
