Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, getting a score of 72.2 against 63.5. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 3's design is thicker and much heavier than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0 operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also counts with more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although it has a way smaller display, a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a bit less pixels per inch in the screen.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 3, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, resigning a couple features and specs.
