The Samsung Ativ Tab is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, getting a overall score of 66.7 against 63.5. The Samsung Ativ Tab works with Windows RT operating system, while Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE comes with Android 4.0 operating system. The Samsung Ativ Tab design is notably heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a sharper display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a way smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280, it also counts with a better pixels density. Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a 61 percent bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Ativ Tab, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, letting go a couple features and specs.
