The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is way better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, with a general score of 76.7 against 63.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) construction is incredibly heavier but a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has the newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0, giving lots of additional features.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and a higher number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), although it has a much smaller display, a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a just a bit worse screen pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has 6150mAh of battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
