Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is slightly better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, with a 63.5 score against 62.8. Despite being the best tablet in our current comparison, Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a a little heavier and a little bit thicker tablet than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has the previous 4.0 version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 800 x 1280px resolution and a little bit higher pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 counts with a better memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a much better 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with better battery life than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a 5100mAh battery size instead of 4200mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A 8.0. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
