The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a global score of 70, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's score of 63.5. Even being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a heavier and noticeably thicker tablet device than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with a little bit greater pixels count in each inch of display. Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster) and a larger amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 15% larger battery size.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution and a much better 1920x1080 video quality.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
