Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is just a bit better than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, getting a global score of 70.2 against 66.1. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has Android 13, so it offers a couple nice extra features and a performance increase. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a better portable tablet than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, we must tell that it is also a older, a bit heavier and a little thicker portable tablet.

Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 also has more RAM. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has a just a bit worse pixel amount in each screen inch, and they both have an equal 1200 x 1920 resolution, the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 also counts with a bit bigger display.

Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 240 GB more internal storage. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has improved battery life than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because it has a 21 percent larger battery capacity.

Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) captures better photos and videos than Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, although it has a back camera with much less MP resolution.
