The Blackview Tab 18 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), having a overall score of 71.2 against 70.2. Blackview Tab 18's design is a lot newer and just a little thinner than the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016)'s, but it is also heavier. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 18 has the previous 13 version while Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has Android 8.1 Oreo version.

The Blackview Tab 18 has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Blackview Tab 18 also has 10 GB more RAM. The Blackview Tab 18 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has a quite lower display pixel density, it also counts with a bigger display and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 2000.

Blackview Tab 18 has a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory.
