Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is a much newer tablet, and it is also a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2 version.
