Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has 8.1 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) construction is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
