The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) design is newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 and a much worse pixel density, they both have a display with the same size.
